Company Background

Senior staff of Instant Systems i.e. the Managing Consultant has for the past 8 years been involved in the implementation of the IT consultancy services, working on various project with various companies and managing his own firm.

Scope of services, Staffing and experience

The firm draws its experience from the expertise of its senior personnel in the fields. Most of its senior staffs have successfully participated in the execution of various projects in Zambia. These include;

· VSAT installations (Ku-band), after sale service and support of installed sites

· WLAN design and installation (the 2.4 GHz and 5.7GHz UNLICENSED frequency band, LoS and N-L-o-S), after sale service and support on installed links

· Developing tailor-made computer-based database systems in Loan Management Schemes, Billing Systems and Tailor

· Supervision of I T equipment at TAZAMA Pipelines (Zambia- Tanzania).

· Maintaining and Servicing I T equipment.

Mr. Chiza is a diploma holder in I T, a Cisco Certified Computer Network Associate and a current MOLEX Premises Network certified Installer. He is the founder of INSTANT SYSTEMS. He has 5years noteworthy working experience in Zambia.

3.2. Mr. Bernard Kakumbi,

Bachelor of Science, Certificate holder in Information Technology, working as Operations Manger.

3.3. Mr. B. Shawa, Technician, Field activities, Network support

Certificate holder in Electronics, A+, he has a vast experience in handling electrical and electronic faults and repairs of equipment and office machines.
